Terms and Conditions

We wish to provide you with an excellent standard of service. In order to do so the following terms and conditions relating to the coaching relationship are in place.

The Role of the Coach
The role of the coach is to help the client establish their own solutions and way forward. The coach will encourage, support and believe in the client and challenge them with a view to recognising where they may be holding themselves back. The coach is not acting as a mental health counsellor or professional.

The Role of the Client
The client’s role is to be fully accountable for their own life/work/situation and any for decisions they decide to make or actions to take and to own their own results which will be directly related to their commitment and actions.

The Life Coaching Session
I provide 1-1 life coaching sessions. These take place either via Zoom or physically (if Covid-19 guidelines permit) at my place of residence in Dungarvan, Co Waterford.

The Booking Process
Ideally a client will initially attend for 3 – 5 life coaching sessions to see real benefit. Bookings can be made either by telephone or email or via the contact form on this website. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide 48 hour’s notice. Payment must be made at the end of each session.

Confidentiality
Conversations and sessions are completely confidential. I do not retain client notes. The client is encouraged to take notes on each session.
