How much time and work is required?

You are committing to:

  • Watching a 1-hour video once a week.
  • Doing a combined total of a 15 minute practice per day guided by the Positive Intelligence© app. This constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the programme!
  • In addition to the above, I will facilitate a live weekly small group session to support your practice and learning, on Wednesday evenings, from 7pm to 7.45pm.
